Setting time aside during the day to wipe down everyday surfaces can help reduce germs in your home significantly. When doing this, it’s very important to keep track of where and when you have cleaned a surface. Keeping track of this helps to reduce the spread of germs!

Bed sheets can be forgotten in the midst of everything, however, washing and cleaning them is very crucial! Though you may feel clean when you hop in bed, germs have a mind of their own. To most effectively combat the spread of germs, it is said that you should clean your sheets weekly!
Quarantine The Sick
Lastly, if you happen to have a sick person in your house already. Try to limit the spread of germs by keeping them contained to one bedroom and one bathroom. This confines the germs to a very limited number of places. Make sure to continuously wipe these areas down in order to kill off those germs left behind!
